Martina Ezeala leads Operations and Customer Experience at Ginger & Co., overseeing the systems, processes, and people that ensure every Ginger & Co. experience runs seamlessly from planning through delivery.
At Ginger & Co., Martina is responsible for operational strategy, communications, and customer experience across classes, activations, and large-scale events. During Afrobeats Indoor Cycling: Vienna Takeover 2025, she led end-to-end operations and guest experience, acting as the primary point of contact for riders, guests, volunteers, vendors, and partners, while coordinating closely with collaborators to deliver a seamless, high-energy event experience.
Her professional journey spans London, Lagos, and Vienna, with experience across international trade, finance, and legal services. She has worked with organisations including Advantage Austria, Aetna, HSBC, J.P. Morgan, and DLA Piper Africa, where she supported complex programmes, cross-border initiatives, and stakeholder coordination in fast-paced, high-accountability environments.
